For the second time in 3 years F&M Commercial Maintenance have won the annual Hydrochem Contractors Cup.

F&M Commercial Maintenance have an excellent working relationship with Hydrochem and enjoy participating the annual bowls event.
Fraser & Mountain are currently undertaking the installation of a one (1) megawatt solar heating system at Monash University in Clayton Victoria.
This will be one of the largest in Australia, the system will be able to support the University’s future summer district cooling requirements due to the large numbers of absorption chillers used on the site, and of course there will be some support of heating systems and interim periods of the year.
At the 2016 Plumbing & Fire Industry awards, Fraser & Mountain’s plumbing apprentice Jack James won the coveted Mechanical Services Apprentice of the Year award. Well done to Jack and the staff that have supported him during his apprenticeship.

F&M Commercial Maintenance have been awarded a 3 year agreement for the Preventative and Reactive Maintenance at 311-319 Lonsdale St, Dandenong with Henkell Brothers Investments. The site contains reverse cycle water sourced air conditioning units with HHW injected condenser water plant and associated HVAC equipment.
F&M Commercial Maintenance recently commenced Preventative and Reactive Maintenance at ‘Bayside Junction’ 973 Nepean Hwy, Bentleigh in a 3 year agreement with Henkell Brothers Investments . The site contains both water sourced and split air conditioning units including both HHW and Condenser water plants and digital controls.
Fraser & Mountain have recently completed a 4 floor Air Conditioning refurbishment at 33 Lincoln Square South, Carlton. The project involved the supply and installation of 16 Actron Air ducted split systems including the fit out to the design requirements of the incoming tenant Save the Children Australia.
FMCM have been awarded the preventative maintenance and reactive works on the Air conditioning / Heating and Ventilation to the entire site at 1 East Ridge Dr, Chirnside Park.
