Fraser & Mountain has a 70 year plus relationship with the University of Melbourne. Having undertaken thousands of projects during this period, including major chiller and heating system upgrades, to smaller mission critical projects. We have undertaken all aspects of HVAC mechanical services at this iconic Melbourne institution. F&M Commercial Maintenance is currently contracted to service & maintain all of the mechanical services for over 80 buildings across three of its campuses, working closely with the university in finding operational savings and energy conservation.
